Acordei tarde, mas com pique para cozinhar. Então, pensei em fazer um uma linguiça de javali à parmeggiana e um risoto simples, com queijo de cabra. &lt;br /&gt;A origem do parmeggiana é controversa. Muitos dizem que sua origem é da Itália, onde usava-se berinjela e pecorino (Queijo de Cabra). Nas Américas, trocaram a berinjela por carne de boi ou frango. Portanto, o parmeggiana que você conhece foi inventado aqui mesmo. Segue nossa receita, à nossa moda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 linguiças de Javali&lt;br /&gt;Farinha de Trigo e Farinha de rosca&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;10 tomates cerejas&lt;br /&gt;Molho vermelho&lt;br /&gt;½ Cebola bem picada&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de alho picado&lt;br /&gt;150g de parmesão ralado na hora&lt;br /&gt;Sal, pimenta e canela em pó para temperar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Corte as linguiças ao meio, passe na farinha de trigo, bata os ovos e passe a lingüiça nos ovos e em seguida passe-as na farinha de rosca. Deixe as mesmas bem empanadas. Frite em óleo quente, por cerca de 3 minutos cada lado.&lt;br /&gt;Para o molho, refogue a cebola com o alho e junte os tomates cortados ao meio. Refogue até os tomates soltarem a pele. Junte o molho de tomate e uma colher de ketchup.  Tempere com sal e pimenta e uma colher de sobremesa de canela. Monte em um refratário: coloque uma pequena camada de molho na base, acomode as linguiças e cubra com molho. Por cima espalhe o queijo ralado, deixe no forno pré-aquecido por 10minutos + 5 minutos no grill para tostar o queijo.&lt;br /&gt;Sirva com um belo risoto, um vinho... e pronto! O imperador Diocleciano ficou furioso e ordenou a tortura de Jorge, que morreu em 23 de Abril de 303.&lt;br /&gt;São Jorge é patrono da Inglaterra, Portugal, Geórgia, Catalunha, Lituânia, da cidade de Moscou e, extraoficialmente, da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para homenagear esse lugares faremos sanduíches, termo que surgiu na inglaterra. Usaremos o presunto Ibérico, para representar a Espanha e faremos também uns petiscos de caviar em homenagem a Moscou.&lt;br /&gt;Vamos fazer um sanduíche de rosbife de picanha com pão de ciabatta.&lt;br /&gt;Para a receita, vamos precisar dos seguintes ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;½ Picanha – Ponta da picanha&lt;br /&gt;Sal Grosso&lt;br /&gt;Pimenta a gosto&lt;br /&gt;1 Punhado de tominlho fresco&lt;br /&gt;1 Pão de Ciabatta&lt;br /&gt;1 mini Baguete&lt;br /&gt;50g de Presunto Ibérico&lt;br /&gt;1 Punhado de cebolinha&lt;br /&gt;Queijo de Cabra&lt;br /&gt;Queijo Cheddar em pedaço (Nada de queijo processado)&lt;br /&gt;Mostarda Dijon&lt;br /&gt;1 Pote de Caviar da marca que preferir&lt;br /&gt;Sour Cream&lt;br /&gt;Bolachinha para canapés&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o rosbife, pique bem o tomilho, misture com o sal, pimenta e espalhe sobre a tábua de corte. Passe a picanha sobre a mistura até cobrir a peça inteira com a mistura. Deixe descansar e em seguida grelhe a peça em uma churrasqueira ou grill. Deixe a carne mal passada e fatie bem fina. Abra o pão, passe mostarda e sour cream a gosto, coloque as fatias de rosbife no pão e cubra com cheddar ralado. Na outra parte do pão passe manteiga ou azeite.
